Meet Dr. Doan

Dr. Hannah N. Doan was born, raised, and educated in Vietnam, where she practiced dentistry for several years.  She had a strong dream to travel overseas and become an international dentist. After studying to learn English, she received her degree from the University of Colorado International Dentist Program and went on to establish Avalon Family Dentistry.

Her own heritage and unique experiences living and learning abroad have given her an appreciation and understanding of cultural diversity that she uses to provide personalized care to every patient.

I am strongly recommending Avalon Family Dentistry because of Dr. Hannah Doan & her Remarkable team of kind, compassionate, professional, and thoughtful people. After being diagnosed with Breast Cancer I found myself worrying about how I was going to have 8 teeth extracted quickly before I was scheduled to begin Chemo Therapy because of infection concerns. So, a couple of 'Angels' recommended I see Dr. Hannah & her Awesome Team ... I did. Dr. Hannah, Christi, Tanya & Kathy were all so sweet during the 2 visits it took to get the extractions done. The second 4 tooth extraction took exactly 457 seconds!!!! Dr. Hannah chuckled when I told her "Yes..I was counting for something to keep my mind off the extracting". Dr. Hannah wished me a long life ahead and I Left with a whole new outlook on life and my 'Journey thru Chemo Therapy'. Because I had been taken care of in a Safe Covid Free environment. Thank You All so much & God Bless!!!

We were treated exceptionally by Dr. Doan and her staff. My adult son was not a previous patient and was suffering from an extremely painful infected tooth. Even though he was a new patient they got him in the same day. Because of the infection, it was recommended to complete a round of antibiotics before an extraction which was scheduled for the next week. The tooth flared up Friday evening. My son is allergic to Tylenol and does not take any pain medication. The maximum doses of Advil were just not cutting it. Doctor Doan was so sweet. She offered to come in that evening or the next morning (Saturday) to extract his tooth. He made the decision to try to see if he felt better by the next morning. Dr. Doan text him later that evening to see how he was. Later that night the tooth got worse...Dr. Doan came in early Saturday morning and extracted it. She text a couple more times over the weekend to see how he was.  She and her staff are amazing! The personal interest they show to their patients is above and beyond!! I would recommend Dr. Doan to all of my friends and family.

I love this place. This is huge for me to say as I tend to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits. The receptionist Christy is so personable and always so fun to chat with. The hygienists are nothing short of friendly, professional, and extremely proficient. Dr. Hannah has the absolute lightest touch. She is such a skillful, talented and amazing dentist. I’m always recommending this place when my friends or family are looking for a dentist.
