Community Involvement

We're not just dentists, we're a big part of the Federal Way community.

Seattle/King County Clinic

The team at Avalon Family Dentistry is blessed to have had the opportunity to serve at the Seattle King County Clinic(SKCC) for the third year in a row. It's always an incredible experience!

Seattle/King County Clinic brings together healthcare organizations, civic agencies, non-profits, private businesses and volunteers from across the State of Washington to produce a giant free health clinic in KeyArena at Seattle Center. The four-day volunteer-driven clinic provides a full range of free dental, vision and medical care to underserved and vulnerable populations in the region.

The patients that our team encountered at the SKCC were so extremely appreciative. Their words of thanks were loud and clear, no matter what language was actually being spoken. Many patients gave us hugs and let us know how much they appreciated all our hard work that they witnessed while waiting to be seen.

Project Access Northwest

Helping those who can't easily help themselves.

Project Access Northwest Badge

Project Access is a volunteer program to help the uninsured receive proper medical attention. Dr. Lee has volunteered with Project Access for the past 10+ years.

She specifically sees patients on the kidney transplant list that do not have the resources to take care of their dental needs. Because each patient on the list must be taken care of prior to clearance for a transplant, she prioritizes their well-being and oral health above anything else.

Going Beyond Dentistry in Federal Way

Committing the time and effort into our beloved community for a better tomorrow.

From helping at their respective churches, local schools, and local youth sports teams to providing dentistry in the local community, Dr. Lee, our dentist in Federal Way, and her team at Avalon Family Dentistry do their best to give back to our community because they've given us their trust.

We love the families and youths of our area. We use our craft to help others and enrich their lives by enabling them to participate in life-changing activities and get the dental care needed to live a long and prosperous life.

Everyone can help.

Join our dentist in Federal Way in making our world a better place.

Anyone can be a volunteer. We use our craft and skills to give back to the community in the following ways:

  • Support local high schools in their athletic fundraisers.
  • Support the youth swim team at Marine Hills Swim and Tennis Club.
  • Volunteer delivering dental care to those in the local community.
  • Volunteer help for the overseas missions by providing dentistry.

We invite you to participate with us in these wonderful events and help make a positive impact locally and internationally!
